Preparation & Preferences: Prenatal Support Group
This discussion based series is designed for expecting parents whether you are having your first or sixth child. Each week we will focus on an agreed upon pregnancy related topic such as nutrition & exercise, pain/ discomfort relief and preparation for labor, birth & postpartum.
Participants will receive pertinent resources on all topics discussed in addition to the invaluable resource of a new community of fellow expecting parents. Each session will include gentle prenatal appropriate movements and/ or breathwork. This group meets for 6 weekly 1.5 hour sessions. Partners are welcome and encouraged to join.
The 4th Trimester: New Mom Support Group
Each week we will focus on a topic related to the transition into parenthood such as birth stories, sleep, feeding, relationships and self-care. Participants will receive pertinent resources on all topics discussed. Each session will include gentle postnatal appropriate movements and breathwork in addition to a group discussion on the week's topic. This group meets for 6 weekly 1.5 hour sessions. Parents identifying as mothers of (and babies themselves) up to 16 weeks are welcome.
